We've been established since October 2005 and in that time established some strong business relationships and, in places, first call status with a number of key players. To give you an idea of our current status, we now have 5000 registered clients and 3500 candidate details across the full spectrum of finance and commercial disciplines. Hayden Marsh will suit someone in recruitment who wants to move on from corporate culture and have more control over their career and earnings.
Most of us at HM have worked for corporate recruitment companies before now so we know that whilst we appreciate the need for structure and systems (we use Bond Adapt) we think that as a private company, we can react more quickly and with greater clarity to the ever changing recruitment environment.
An idea of our approach and the importance we place on marketing can be seen in the Oxford Times Inbusiness Magazine, where we advertise extensively. We have a dedicated marketing function which helps deal with PSLs and marketing campaigns which adds real value and relevance to our branding and advertising. We also advertise our roles across 7 job boards as well as our own. These factors help us to attract better candidates which enables us to offer a better service to our clients. Our approach to our clients and candidates is the same as our personal approach to our staff here at Hayden Marsh: consultative, reasonable and highly supportive.
Ultimately, being a smaller group of experienced recruitment professionals, we can be more effective and adaptive.
The Package: OTE £40,000 to £80,000
