Use of Personal Information About Customers

Only if you choose to become a registered candidate do we collect data about you. This data includes name, postcode and a contact number which are required for us to provide the best service. This helps prevent repetitive data entry when you contact us and helps a candidate maintain their own details.

Curriculum Vitaes (CVs)

As part of the Candidate Profile you may upload your CV. This helps the Hayden Marsh team tailor jobs to suit you. An uploaded CV is emailed to a recruitment consultant who adds it to a secured backoffice system. This system and all information therein can only be accessed by Hayden Marsh's consultants.

It is your right to ask us to divulge or destroy all information we store about you at any time.

Your CV will be sent to potential employers within the UK where you give your consent for us to do so.

Terms of Engagement

This area relates specifically to a private contract between yourself and Hayden Marsh and will be qualified at interview stage.

Statistics

We collect statistical information about the pages that visitors make to the Hayden Marsh website. A visitor cannot be personally identified from this information. These statistics help us improve the online experience for our visitors.
