Membership Services with Hayden Marsh Plus
In exchange for your belief in Hayden Marsh Plus through an agreed period of exclusivity on your vacancies, we offer the following membership benefits:
Referencing
We reference check all temporary workers in accordance with the law but most recruiters do not check the references of a permanent starter unless expressly requested. Under Hayden Marsh Plus, we will seek two references per candidate. (Please note we can rarely apply for a reference from a candidates current employer due to privacy).
Out of Hours Service
Under Hayden Marsh Plus, you will be able to contact one of the team (usually your Account Manager) between the hours of 7am and 8pm on a dedicated out of hours mobile number. This means that if you have an urgent need or issue, we are more available over a larger part of the day.
Salary Advice
We conduct market research across the our specialist sectors which we provide annually to our Hayden Marsh Plus customers at no extra cost.
Free Meeting Room Facilities
In exchange for exclusivity on your vacancies, we can offer private meeting room facilities at our offices free of charge. If you need to interview and it’s hard to do so at your offices for reason of space or politics, please call us and we’ll provide you with a large meeting room, together with free refreshment facilities.
Open Day Management
If you need to recruit for more than one role, we have experience in arranging and organising Open Day recruitment events. Helen and Douglas House Event Invitations Our chosen charity Helen and Douglas House hold a number of fundraising events which we support. We invite Hayden Marsh Plus clients along to as many events as we can, often providing free tickets for our clients where possible. We also support Children in Need (held last year at one of our main clients Centrica) and provide staff to man the phones. We invite our Hayden Marsh Plus clients to participate in these events.
Access to Browse CV Database
Our Hayden Marsh Plus clients can access our database of registered candidates and any requests for further information will be treated as a priority task.
Working Interview Extension - Temp
When we provide you with a temp, we can offer a 4 hour working trial interview. As a Hayden Marsh Plus member, we will extend this trial to a whole day.*
Rebate Extension – Perm/Contract
Under Hayden Marsh Plus, when we provide you with a permanent or contract worker our standard rebate terms will be extended by four weeks.*
Reduced Advertising Costs
Newspaper/Journal Advertising – The average cost of advertising a vacancy is c. £1800. If this is run as a campaign over more than one week, the cost can rise to c. £4000. The alternative is Hayden Marsh Plus, where we provide you with a matched and interviewed selection of candidates with the correct skills, experience, qualifications and personality to suit your company/organisation. You can view these candidates for free. If you take them on, we charge a competitively priced fee that means this process is both cost and time effective.
Job Boards – our own website www.haydenmarsh.co.uk receives around 3000 visitors a day (compiled Dec 2009). We also advertise extensively on a number of niche job boards where our bulk advertising means we can pass on any volume savings to you.
Bespoke Advertising Campaign
Under Hayden Marsh Plus, we have run a number of larger advertising campaigns where a client has requested help with recruiting a team of people across a broad spectrum of skills and experiences. We designed and managed the advertising campaign, filtering the responses and worked in accordance with agreed campaign service level agreement.
Service Level Agreement
Under Hayden Marsh Plus, we aim to adjust our standard service level agreement in accordance with our client’s wishes. This usually means a reduction in our response times or conducting a first round of interviews on behalf of the client and providing the results of those interviews to the client directly.
Your Dedicated Account Manager
When you give us a role, we assign a dedicated Account Manager who will be your main point of contact for all your recruiting needs. This person will visit with you to meet you and your colleagues in person, and in doing so establish the particular requirements and dynamics of your company, team and culture.
Skills Testing
Under Hayden Marsh Plus, we can offer ISV Software skills training for 5 candidates per vacancy.
Priority Invitation to Seminars
We help to arrange Employment Seminars with several local law firms. These seminars discuss topical employment issues and announcements. Under Hayden Marsh Plus, you will receive a priority invitation and other employment law updates as we receive them.
Branded Job Adverts on www.haydenmarsh.co.uk with links to your own website
When you give us an exclusive lead time on your vacancies, we will advertise your business or organisation by name and use your logo to brand the job adverts on our website. Your logo is a link to your own website and we shall soon be implementing client webpages whereby your logo will be accompanied by an overview of your company and services. This means that with an average of 12000 visitors to our website every week, your business will gain free exposure and promotion through brand recognition.
Multilingual Staff at Hayden Marsh
At Hayden Marsh we employ some multi lingual consultants who are fluent in both verbal and written languages including (as of February 2010) French, German, Italian and Spanish. If you need to find someone with special language skills, we can provide specialist advice and assistance.
