Developing a close, honest relationship with your Hayden Marsh consultant is a crucial part of helping you further your career. Only by meeting you and gauging your personality, interview techniques and aspirations can we represent you as you would wish to be represented.
The Beginning
We will ask to meet with you in person. In the meeting, we will offer advice on your cv if needed, and determine whether we should tailor it to a preferred industry sector or employer. We will also ask you to complete an industry specific application form which will ask industry specific and psychometric questions.
An Ongoing Consultation
This process of consultation continues until we have found you a new role and you are happy. We will update you on employers to whom we have sent your details and from there, details of arranged interviews. We review this process constantly, measuring the success of our efforts by feedback from you and our clients.
