At Hayden Marsh Health and Social Care we understand how important it is to have staff that are fully trained, and this is why we provide all our staff with the opportunity to further their knowledge and skills by attending bespoke training courses. Not only does this mean the worker is comfortable in their environment and confident in their knowledge; but it also means the client is reassured in knowing their staff have specific qualifications. Please note: if you need specific training or qualifications for a particular role or as part of your desire to further your career, we will advise you on the best course of action.

In Nursing
In order to qualify for working within the NHS, you must hold a degree or diploma in nursing (a “pre-registration” programme), which leads to registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
There are four main routes to achieve this status:
- Pre-registration diploma of higher education in nursing (Dip HE nursing)
- Pre-registration nursing degree
- Accelerated programmes for graduates who hold a health related degree
- Part-time study whilst working within the NHS
Once you have completed your training and successfully registered with the NMC, you can apply to commence your career within the NHS.
If you are a candidate and you would like further information on what training and qualifications we have access to, for you, free of charge, then please contact us.
