All of the nurses provided by Hayden Marsh will hold an enhanced and current CRB check, relevant and in-date visas/work permits, British passports or other proof of eligibility to work within the UK and fall into one of the following categories:
- RGN – Registered General Nurse
- RNLD – Registered Nurse for Patients with Learning Difficulties
- RSCN – Registered Nurse for Paediatric Issues.
Once qualified, all nurses will be issued with a registration number which entitles them to legally work in the UK. There are various sub-sections to this register within which a nurse could further specialise.
Our hourly charge rates reflect the value and quality of our staff and we alter these in accordance with the unsocial hours legislation in effect.
We are aware that the law is due to change. The VBS (Vetting & Barring Scheme) will be live as of 1st October 2009 and we will of course be adhering implicitly to this. The VBS will allow the most comprehensive and far-reaching barring system yet and prove even better than the existing protection scheme does in ensuring best practice throughout the health and social care industries.
