Hayden Marsh Health and Social Care provide an emergency out of hours service which covers every moment outside of our normal opening times. This means our care team are contactable between the hours of 6pm and 6am, over the weekends and over bank holidays. If you have an urgent out of hours need for staff, call one of dedicated consultant on a special 24/7 telephone number, explain your requirements and we will do the rest.We aim to return your call with a staffing solution within 30 minutes.
This emergency cover gives you peace of mind and ensures that any staff supplied, even at 4am, have been checked according to the Hayden Marsh Health and Social Care standards.
And remember, we pay all our temps directly so that you don’t have the inconvenience of having to deal with their salaries, tax or National Insurance contributions, nor their holiday entitlement. In return, we would ask you to check and sign the staff member’s timesheet at the end of each shift so they can send it through to us in order to be paid promptly.
